Students learn autonomy and health advocacy as they develop an understanding of basic anatomy and physiology, as they move forward with how their body works together to maintain synchronized homeostasis, balance and stability. The courses are at individual pace in 1:1 or group settings.

Exposing children to anatomy and physiology education consistently and over time, may lead to healthy habit development that is lasting and detour from conditions that have in the past "ran in the family" and allow our children to break patterns and take control of their health risks and goals

The program is developed with particular age appropriate and developmental stages as the cornerstome of landmarking, and course instruction may be tailored to unique age group combinations in your class or group workshop.
