Appointments, Sessions & Program Fees
All payments for wellness sessions, advocacy services, coaching programs, consultations, and related offerings are non-refundable once the service is scheduled or delivered.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session or appointment:

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice

Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in a forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling without prior communication
Workshops, Classes, and Events
All event, workshop, and group session registrations are considered final sales.

If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible participant, subject to our approval

No refunds will be issued for missed events due to schedule conflicts, illness, or personal circumstances
Products & Merchandise
All product and merchandise sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery

Defective products may be exchanged for a replacement of equal value, upon request within 7 days of receipt
Digital Services & Materials
Digital offerings (e.g. downloadable content, virtual sessions, toolkits) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
