Our BHRT Maintenance Program is designed for patients who have completed one of our eligible comprehensive BHRT programs and wish to continue receiving individualized hormone management care, and ongoing provider support at an affordable monthly rate. This program allows you to maintain your progress while continuing to work toward your long-term health and wellness goals.

What's Included in Your Membership

• Ongoing Provider Care: Follow-up appointments with your Nurse Practitioner, available in person or virtually as clinically appropriate, including treatment evaluations, prescription management, and medication adjustments.

• Compounded Hormone Medications:  Eligible prescribed compounded hormone medications are included as part of your established treatment plan when clinically appropriate.

• Comprehensive Laboratory Monitoring: Routine hormone, thyroid, and basic laboratory testing needed to monitor treatment progress and support individualized health and wellness goals. Includes laboratory collection, processing, results review, and interpretation as clinically appropriate.

• Personalized Health & Wellness Planning: Continued evaluation and adjustment of individualized treatment plans, including hormone optimization, nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle recommendations, and preventive health strategies.

• Health & Nutrition Counseling: Individualized guidance focused on nutrition, metabolic wellness, hormone health, healthy aging, and sustainable lifestyle improvements.

• Wellness Coaching & Accountability: Ongoing education, encouragement, and support to help maintain progress and achieve personal wellness goals.

• Secure Provider Messaging: Convenient communication for nonurgent questions, treatment updates, and continued support between appointments.

• Specialty Testing Access: Access to advanced wellness testing, including DUTCH, GI-MAP, nutritional assessments, and other specialty diagnostics when appropriate. Additional testing fees apply.

​Program Details

• Membership Fee: $199 per month. Available to established patients following completion of an eligible BHRT program and provider approval.

• Self-Pay Membership: Membership fees are not billed to insurance.

• Additional Costs: FDA-approved prescription medications, specialty laboratory testing, and services outside the established maintenance plan are billed separately unless otherwise specified in the membership agreement.

• Membership Benefits: Discounts and promotional offers are subject to eligibility, availability, and applicable program terms.
