Coughs & Colds is available for insurance covered care, sports physicals, DOT physicals and more. We accept most insurance including Indiana Medicaid (including MHS) and Medicare. Commercial insurances accepted (including but not limited to) Anthem BCBS, UMR, UnitedHealth, Cigna, Humana, Aetna. Tricare accepted. Sports physicals, School physicals, and DOT physicals may not be covered by your insurance plan, and require cash pay at time of service. Please consult your plan prior to appointment.

Chronic condition management for diabetes, hypertension, migraines, weight loss, HRT, depression, anxiety, mood disorder, hyperlipidemia and more. ALSO, acute care services including coughs, colds, rashes, minor cuts and burns. Procedures available are joint injections (knees), wart removal, skin tag removal, sutures, abscess I and D, fingernail/toenail trauma care, Burn debridement, staples, corneal abrasion assessment, in clinic fluid replacement, STD testing and treatment, pap smear, stool occult testing, urinalysis, HgbA1c, random glucose.

Subscribe to the house call kit services for an increased remote level of care service, for acute health needs including flu, covid, urine infections and more.

Self schedule and be seen same or next day for illness and minor injuries.

All Coughs & Colds visits are eligible for HSA and FSA payment or reimbursement. Client is responsible for any required administrative form completion
